Dr. Darrel Cohen |
Darrel Cohen received his B.A. and Ph.D. degrees in economics from UCSD. He spent nearly his entire career as an economist at the Federal Reserve Board, working on a broad range of issues. These included the measurement and impact of fiscal policy on the economy, the impact of inflation on the economy, the importance of stabilization policy, and the forecasting of macroeconomic variables. In addition, he frequently briefed the Board of Governors on the current and projected state of the economy and was editor of the Board’s working paper series for several years. |
